I thought this jumpsuit was adorable when I first tried it on. The issue happens immediately upon washing(cold water, gentle cycle, alone, hung to dry). The fabric is so excessivly linty I can't believe its anything other than geninely defective. Most the "lint" is clear plastic fibres coming out from the inside of the fabric. I have no idea what it could be because its supposed to be 100% cotton. I know the seller has responded to other reviews about "oh use vinegar, fabric sofener helps!". Normally it would. It will not in this case, because the product is the problem not the washing. The lint doesnt come off with a roller and after owning the product for a year I can honestly say Ive tried everything to get a wearable product out of this jumpsuit and I literally cant. I cant stress enough for anyone considering buying this product that I'm not being nitpicky; lint on clothes is usually unavoidable and can be easily dealt with, this product is defective. Simple as that. There's not a single piece of other clothing that I've ever owned that's been even been even a fraction as bad as this with lint. Ive never even seen the strange white plastic fibre lint before and I haven't seen it since I put this jumpsuit in a box to never be worn again.
Ive been able to wear them maybe twice and that's if I'm willing/ able to spend more than half an hour ripping the plastic lint fibres out of the fabric individually before I leave the house. Lint rollers just brush past the plastic fibre, it literally needs to be ripped out. Fabric sofener and vinegar will not help me. Im super upset, most of all at the response from the company in regards to this issue. I checked the reviews for this product last year when I first noticed how excessively bad it was because i knew it wasnt just me and there were at least 3 reivews mentioning the lint problem and all of them are gone now.
i love this thing!! could wear it daily as mu uniform. only problem i have is the fabric collects a lot of lint, so i’d love to see the juni in more colours soon! fit was true to size and perfect length for me in XL
Lovely fabric but in line with other reviewers the body portion is far too short making all the rest of the cut wrong and uncomfortable. Unlikely to fit well if you are proportionally longer in torso, shorter in legs (many pear shapes). If this fitted it would be very flattering though so hoping L&Y consider fit change!
Thanks for reaching out and leaving us a review, we really appreciate your feedback. We’re sorry to hear these weren’t quite right for you. We will pass this feedback over to our team for you. If you ever need any help with sizing or fit, let us know. We’re always more than happy to help!
I'm gonna have to return it cause it's too short even with a size up
I bought a pair from the depop shop and they only had a slight stitching error. The fabric is amazing and strong so I wear these to work. But i should've gone a size up as the waist elastic is flattering for the waist but the wrong size will squeeze your bladder a little too much.
