Introducing our highly anticipated Artist Collaboration, Limited Edition Vulva Print!
The Vulva capsule collection has been designed in collaboration with Sanna Suvi, a talented UK based artist and designer. The print is inspired by Sanna’s research around the lack of vulva diversity in the arts and media.
Printed on organic cotton twill in our classic cut - signature tie straps and oversized fit with 3 front pockets and tapered leg. This distinctive print is part of a capsule collection with some pink Camden cut trousers in a matching print!
100% Organic Cotton - the fabric is a little lighter-weight than our usual Limited Editions.
And the best part?
In partnership with Hey Girls, a social enterprise that runs a buy-one-give-one system where comfy, environmentally friendly sanitary wear are donated to tackle period poverty in the UK.
For every pair of dungarees and trousers sold, one pack of period products will be donated to one of our two partner charities through this scheme;
Freedom 4 Girls in Leeds, that work to support those who menstruate by challenging the stigmas, taboos and gender inequalities associated with menstruation, donating period products, running workshops and commissioning research.
The Homeless Period in Brighton, who provide sanitary items to homeless and vulnerable individuals who have periods, and very limited to no access to products.
In addition to this, 5% of all sales from the Vulva Capsule Collection will be donated to The Eve Appeal, the only UK national charity funding research and raising awareness and funds for the prevention and early detection of the five gynaecological cancers – womb, ovarian, cervical, vulval and vaginal.
Here is to a world of open and honest conversation where no one is ashamed or embarrassed by their bodies, everyone has bodily autonomy and we can all celebrate our diversity!
This wonderful collection is made by fairly paid tailors in our solar powered factory in Pushkar, Rajasthan - clothing which truly empowers at every level!

These are super fun, vibrantly-colored, well-made, and seem to be extremely comfortable (I just got them so haven't worn them for too long). I work in sexual health here in the U.S. and do a lot of public presentations, so they will definitely be a conversation piece again and again. [Though to be fair, most women who've seen the design so far "get it", but most of my male friends/roommates just think they're peacock feathers, so they're a little covert (which just adds to the fun)!] Can't wait for the world to open up again so I can take my statement piece out into the world!
Just in case it's helpful to anyone deciding between sizes: I bought the dunagrees in a size smaller than usual (XS28 vs. S30) because (a) my normal size was sold out and I wanted to be sure that I got a pair, and (b) I don't care so much for the relaxed fit on my body type, so I usually size down when cuts are generous. I'm typically a U.S. size 4 (and believe I'm an 8-10 in the UK). Sizing down means they fit great for me, but if my hips were wider (I'm more ladder-shaped), I probably wouldn't have been able to shimmy them up as easily.
I bought these for my wife for mother's day and she loves them. They fit really well and she says they are incredible comfortable.
Absolutely love my vulva-dunga’s. Thanks for such a wonderful product with gorgeous colours!
or Vajeejay-rees as I like to call them. Love them. :-) Lizzie
I absolutely love my dungarees. Comfy, beautiful bright colours, loud and subtle at the same time. Thank you Lucy - will be ordering 10 more pairs!
