    Lucy & Yak offers fast worldwide shipping using Royal Mail, Deutsche Post or DHL, depending on the destination country. All orders sent via Deutsche Post and DHL are trackable via the couriers' website or mobile app. These can also be used for redirection/leave safe options. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday and any orders placed after 5pm on Friday UK time are picked and dispatched on the following Monday (excluding UK public holidays).     didn't fit right

    The jumpsuit didn't fit well at all. It took weeks to get here and the returns process has been a huge headache.

    So comfortable!

    I love my new carmen! It’s perfect for layering and looks smart enough to wear to work (as an art teacher though!) I’m 6ft and the fit is excellent!

    Loving ‘em !

    I purchased these in black a few weeks ago and while I first wasn’t sure about the fit, once I added a belt they quickly convinced me. They are comfy, extra classy yet casual, I feel super confident about my image and style in them. They bring just the ego boost that is very much needed sometimes in the morning! I sent my measurements through the FAQ bot and quickly received an answer by email (written by an actual human!) recommending following the size chart. I then purchased a size M and I think it was indeed the right choice. The hips are super roomy which is my favorite feature in all my L&Y purchases ! The torso length is slightly too long for me (I’m 165cm tall) so the crotch sits too low and it is not very comfortable nor pretty ; a belt fixes that. I also don’t have any problem getting out of the jumpsuit, but I am small chested so it might just be because of that. I am only surprised by the shoulder width, it is very tailored and I was expecting something looser. I sometimes am a bit annoyed by the upper back seam than I can really feel digging along my shoulders (it happens while sitting I think) since it’s so tailored, so I have to readjust the jumpsuit (I really hate “feeling” my clothes). I’d suggest belt loops and a few more cm at the shoulders, other than that this jumpsuit is a gem and is definitely becoming my everyday fav !
