Lucy & Yak offers fast worldwide shipping using Royal Mail, Deutsche Post or DHL, depending on the destination country. All orders sent via Deutsche Post and DHL are trackable via the couriers' website or mobile app. These can also be used for redirection/leave safe options. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday and any orders placed after 5pm on Friday UK time are picked and dispatched on the following Monday (excluding UK public holidays). Love Love Love

I needed a bag to bring on my walk to work that wasn't a one shoulder bag and this bag is the perfect option it has a great shape and I love love love the rainbow print. Going to use it for uni now aswell. I would like if it had a bit of pading on the back but still very comfortable to use everyday.

Bag fantastic but returns a joke

We love the bags we order absolutely fantastic products love them

However after ordering some clothes for the first time I’ve found that though advertised as inclusive they are not designed for everyone which was very disappointing

Also since returning the items over a week ago nothing has happened so quite off putting ordering again anything but accessories in the future
