Mable Tan is a surface designer based in Melbourne, Australia. Her style is fun and joyful. Her work is very much inspired by kindness, self-care, nature and birds. As an all-round creative person, Mable loves devoting her time and energy to creating beautiful things because it makes her deliriously happy.

Fantastic print - questionable fit

Bought these on a whim when visiting the Brighton store. The print is absolutely beautiful - colours are bright and crisp and they make me smile. The fit, however, is an entirely different thing - they fit in some places, then they sag, then fit again. They also did loosen up a bit with wear which resulted in them looking ill-fitting rather than relaxed or oversized. Will still be keeping them though.

Disappointing fit but they're gorgeous

I saw these and oh my I wanted them. It’s nice to see L&Y branching into a slightly straighter slimmer trouser.
A friend got them and said maybe size up, which I did.
They arrived and the print and the material is fabulous, top quality as we expect and know from L&Y but the fit and cut was bizarre to say the least.
The waist fitted me perfectly, but then they ballooned into almost a cargo trouser fit, wide thighs and loose backside.
Really disappointed!!!!!
But… I am male. And I think maybe the hips and thighs had a more female cut..?

Really fun trousers

These trousers are fantastic! They fit really well on my waist and my hips - something I often struggle with in other brands. They are really comfortable and flattering and the print is really bright fun!
