Our stores are a place to get to know our products, our wonderful staff and the local community. We strive to make our stores safe spaces where you feel free to express yourself. We currently have a variety of events we hold throughout the year as well as our regular Sensory Shopping Days and are very excited to be launching our latest initiative, Lucy & Yak Personal Shopping. 


Initially launching in our Brighton store, our Personal Shopping service will help you get up close and personal with our products. To explore what works best for you, what styles you like and the comfiest fits, all guided by our retail teams.

Perhaps you’ve been eyeing up a pair of Lucy & Yak jeans but you’re not sure what size to try? Maybe your body has changed and you no longer know what dungaree might fit you best? Or you just want to speak to someone about what they think might make you feel most comfortable?

Whatever your reason, in our Your Perfect Match sessions our team can work with you to explore what speaks to you and to find your size across our products.  

Before your session you can share your measurements with our teams, what products you’re keen to try and what sort of fit you’d like to explore (i.e. more loose fitting vs tight). That way they can curate a collection for you ahead of your arrival. 
Style me up!
You have your Aunt’s birthday and not a thing in your wardrobe will do. You’re starting a new job and want a personality revamp. Or perhaps you’ve gone through a change in your life and want your wardrobe to reflect that. 

There’s all sorts of reasons you might want to rethink your style or maybe simply get a second opinion on it. Perhaps you just want to play with what might suit you? Whatever your reason, our Style Me Up sessions are the perfect opportunity to have a play with what you wear. 

Before your session you can let our teams know your preferences: if there’s a certain event you have coming up, what styles you’d like to explore etc. That way they can curate a collection for you ahead of your arrival.

  • Please note that we can only off Lucy & Yak products that are already within our stores, not our full product range. 
  • Our Personal Styling service is only available in our Brighton store for now. 
  • While our stores are for everyone, our Brighton store is multistorey and the second floor is not accessible to wheelchair users. Our Personal Styling service will enable everyone to come to our store and access our full range in store as our team will be on hand to retrieve all products for the session which will be carried out on the ground floor.
