When you place your order, you'll be given the option to include Swap Package Protection with your purchase.
You might want to choose Swap Package Protection if you're placing a high value order or if you're ordering internationally for that extra peace of mind, in case anything happens to your parcel while it's on its way to you.
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, Swap Package Protection makes it easy to resolve the issue ASAP! You can file a claim for your order through our portal here and we’ll send new items at no cost to you once your claim has been reviewed.
Here's the important bit for anyone looking to make a claim - for packages marked "delivered," you can file your claim between 3 and 30 days from the delivery date. For packages presumed lost, you can claim anytime between 5 and 30 days from the last checkpoint - this is the date your order was last on the move.
All claims must be filed within 30 days of the order date, but if you have any trouble with your claim you can contact our Customer Happiness team here and we'll be happy to help!
