Not for shorties

If you're short, your options are:
A) hike it up all the way up to your boobs and look like a little European boy skipping while holding a baguette
B) wear it lower but have the crotch sit really weird

This is designed to be highwaisted on tall people, it does not convert well if you're under 5'3. Otherwise it seems like a quality constructed garment
