Ragan Jumpsuit: ORGANIC COTTON - Freesia Yellow

Everything about this jumpsuit was perfect -- the color, the fabric, the leg length -- EXCEPT the torso length. I loved how the jumpsuit fit my waist and everywhere else but I could NOT move my arms AT ALL. If I did it was wedgie central. I'm 5'5 with a fairly long torso for my height, but not crazy long. I ordered my normal size and while maayyybe sizing up would have helped, I didn't want the suit any baggier. Just longer from shoulders to crotch. This jumpsuit is for the very short or those that are all legs, I'm afraid. I will have to return it. Bummer. I will also say, I own many jumpsuits and it is usually a clothing item that really suits my figure. This one needs a long (or just "average" really) torso option.

It is so hard to find a jumpsuit that does not require cuffing! I am 5ft 1in in height with a wide bust and hips. I’m a US12-14, and the UK16 inseam hits right at above ankle height, the waist/cinching sits right at my narrowest waist point. Most jumpsuits over-elongate my torso and shorten my already short legs and this one is like it was made for my body shape. My only qualms are that the shoulders are a touch narrow and the arm sleeve circumference a touch small for my biceps, and both limit my ability to lift my arms above my head comfortably without tugging on the teams. I’m breastfeeding a 1 year old and the zipper is great for that but I can’t wear the jumper and lay down to side nurse because of the arms and shoulders. I wonder if I went one size up how everything would fit, and I might try that with my next purchase. The color makes me SO happy. Every time I wear it it’s self healing since, being Asian, I have been told I shouldn’t wear yellow. Well up yours, society! I love it.

This jumpsuit is well made and very cute, I always get compliments when I wear it. A really nice bright yellow, and you can dress it up or down. Material is pretty light, not too sturdy. Fine to bike in as well. I'm 5ft4 and ~60kg and usually between size 8/10, but was happier with size 10 because size 8 was too tight around the shoulders. Length-wise it sits about 5cm above my ankles. It's still slightly restrictive in the sleeves if I raise my arms (e.g. to pull off a jumper) but that seems normal with jumpsuits/dungarees generally and is not uncomfortable.
