All orders sent via Deutsche Post and DHL are trackable via the couriers' website or mobile app. These can also be used for redirection/leave safe options. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday and any orders placed after 5pm on Friday UK time are picked and dispatched on the following Monday (excluding UK public holidays). Alexa 💚

Have 9 pairs of Alexas. I wear them most days. Plain ones are easy to smarten up. Patterned ones easy to funk up and wear for a dopamine hit. Often get compliments when I wear them. I always have them professionally shortened as like to not have a bulky turn up. Keep these coming.

Unfortunately, my daughter didn’t check the size chart when she ordered so she’s not really wearing any of the clothes she ordered and I need to return them for different sizes and I am struggling because we’re on two different continents
