Events and Pop Up Manager

In the last two and a half years we have grown from a small team of 3 to 50 employees in the UK. We are now looking for an Events and Pop Up Manager to join our ambitious and fast-growing team!  You will be responsible for organising our UK wide events and pop ups and bringing the brand to life!

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, you will be responsible for planning, organising and implementing our UK wide events and pop ups, bringing the brand to life to our community and new audiences
  • You will manage the brand pop-up experience from start to finish, ensuring that the company standards and expectations are being met
  • Create and execute engaging marketing events in the UK and abroad
  • Develop and create the brand pop up VM book, working closely with Head of Brand to develop the brand’s visual identity in a physical space
  • Contribute and participate in brainstorming strategy sessions contributing innovative ideas
  • Provide reporting to track, monitor and optimize the impact of event and pop ups
  • Coordinate event and pop up stock, ensuring the relevant product is present
  • Coordinate any event staffing requirements

Experience / Skills

  • Min 2 years’ experience managing events and pop ups in a dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of planning, organising and hosting high impact, original and engaging customer experiences
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with fun and flair with customers, team members and partners
  • Innate enthusiasm and ability to fully engage with customers, share product knowledge, and creating a positive shopping experiences unique to the customers’ individual needs
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to demonstrate excellent project management and budgeting skills
  • Ability to manage, motivate and develop a team of people
  • Fluent English with exceptional verbal, written and presenting skills
  • Strong analytical and computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • This role is based in Brighton full time
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays and weekends
  • Ability to travel around the UK from March onwards
