What’s the cut-off time for same day dispatch? 


If you place your order before Midday Monday - Friday (UK time), we’ll dispatch it the same day. Any orders placed after Midday will be dispatched the next working day.

We deliver Monday to Friday unless you select the UK Saturday delivery option in which case we will deliver your order on the Saturday.

What are the transit times to my country?

For the UK Next Day Orders we aim to deliver the next working day but certain remote areas (offshore islands, Scottish Highlands etc) will be delivered on the 2nd working day.

For Jersey, Guernsey and IOM we will deliver on the 2nd working day.

Each country has it's own unique geography and challenges and the partners we have selected are the best at getting your items to you as quickly as possible.

The transit times quoted in the table are the longest it will take, in most cases our beautiful products will reach you even quicker, if you live in a remote location it may take slightly longer.

How do I track my order? 

At the checkout please make sure you enter an up to date email address and mobile phone number this means once we have lovingly picked and packed your items you will receive a shipping confirmation with all your tracking details.

Will I be charged customs & Import fees? 

As all orders are currently shipped from England and so you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery.

USA – All orders above US$800 will be subject to an import tax. For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department.

Australia – All orders above AUS$1000 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, please check with the Department of Home Affairs for further info.

New Zealand - All orders above NZD$60 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the goods in the parcel. You can get an estimate from the New Zealand Customs Service website.

We can’t be held responsible for any customs or import fees your country may charge. We declare the cost, weight and description of the contents to our courier at the time of despatch and submit our customs data electronically to aid customs clearance.

If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Can I amend my delivery address?

We ask that you’re as precise as possible when entering delivery details as we cannot be responsible for any charges incurred as a result of a parcel being undeliverable for any reason.

If you have made an error and need to make an amendment to your address, both DPD and DHL have the options within their tracking to amend your address, leave safe instructions, arrange re-delivery and so much more.
