Office Manager 

Lucy & Yak are looking for an Office Manager to join the team! 

We are a fast growing, ethically minded Fashion brand - well known for bold prints, bright colours and a positive outlook! This role will cover our two sites in central Brighton (our shop and our office). 

Role responsibilities

  • Performing data entry and administration
  • Managing office supplies, including stationery, laptops, phones and office equipment
  • Booking travel and accommodation for team members
  • HR administration - updating personnel records
  • Be a key point of contact for basic HR queries
  • Helping with all company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages/deliveries
  • Operations across two physical sites in central Brighton 
  • Keeping the office neat, tidy and presentable! 

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a super organised, positive and friendly person who loves getting stuck in and has an eye for detail! Previous experience in Office Management is needed and if you have any experience of HR Admin, it would be a massive bonus!

  • Based in central Brighton (North Laine)
  • Permanent role  
  • Full time role - we work 4 days per week!
  • Salary - £22-£25k - experience dependant
