Sportswear, but make it fun (and ethical!) (and recycled!)
Introducing our Codie Leggings - made from 88% Recycled Polyester (from plastic bottles) and 12% Elastane. Great stretch, silky soft fabric in a wonderful rich Teal!
Recycled polyester is great because...
- it saves plastic bottles from landfill or the sea
- it's super soft
- less energy is used to create polyester yarn from recycled bottles than is needed to create brand new polyester yarn from oil
But nothing is perfect....
- all polyester garments shed microfibres when washing them. To prevent this, use a guppy bag to catch the microfibres - we sell them at a small loss to keep the price accessible, get one here > guppy bag

Just received these through the door and ran to try them on. I've been looking for squat proof leggings as my others show through a bit and these are completely opaque. They are also the perfect length for me (27" legs) which I was worried about
Although the colour is beautiful and fabric itself is fine the quality of the garment finishing wasnt good. The waistband didn't sit flat and there was loose threads. I returned these sadly.
Super stretchy and super comfy! I’m a 31’ waist and so went for the medium and they fit great.
They are tiny bit roomy at the crotch and pucker just a little but I think I can live with it.
These are exactly what i have been looking for! super durable as i wear them for running, cycling and all my gym work. They never fall down when i run or go see through which i have experienced with other brands. I love this color and am about to buy my second pair and hope to see more colors come out. As with all Lucy and Yak products the quality i second to none.
These leggings are so soft and comfy. I wear them mainly for yoga and they are really nice and stretchy and feel comfortable around the waist as they are a true high waist. I am a UK 12 and the medium fits really well, although I think due to the nature of the thick fabric (they are thicker than my other workout leggings) they ride down a little and I have to pull them up every now and then, but only occasionally. Due to this, if you are a UK 10-12 I would recommend trying the small and the medium. My only gripe is that I would describe the colour as aqua/turquoise, not teal as they are rather bright. I would highly recommend these as they are a very reasonably-priced sustainable pair of leggings and I am considering.
