Delivery Services & Prices

U.K. 

Standard U.K. delivery (3-5 working days) is FREE for orders over £45 or £3.50 for orders up to £45.

U.K. next day delivery via DPD costs £5.95. Order before 5pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed 5pm Thursday to 5pm Friday will be delivered Monday. Orders placed 5pm Friday to 5pm Monday will be delivered Tuesday. Allow an extra day for delivery services to the highlands and islands. 

U.K. DPD Pickup is a next working day delivery to over 6,500 shop locations via DPD & costs £3.95. Parcels need to be collected within 7 days of delivery. Order before 5pm Monday to Friday for same day despatch. Orders placed from 5pm Thursday to 5pm Friday will be delivered Monday. Orders placed from 5pm Friday to 5pm Monday will be delivered Tuesday. Allow an extra day for delivery services to the highlands and islands.

U.S.A.

Tracked U.S.A. shipping (5-7 business days, up to 9 days for remote locations) is FREE for orders over $80 or $16 for orders up to $80*. Express tracked shipping (2-3 business days) is FREE for orders over $170 or $25 for orders up to $170*. 

Orders placed Monday to Friday by 5pm U.K. time will be processed same day (excluding public holidays). Orders placed between 5pm Friday and 5pm Monday will be processed on Monday.

Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium

Tracked shipping (3-5 business days) is FREE for orders over €70 or €6.95 for orders up to €70. Express tracked shipping (2-3 business days) is €28. Orders placed Mon-Fri by 5pm U.K. time will be processed that day.

Orders placed Monday to Friday by 5pm U.K. time will be processed same day (excluding public holidays). Orders placed between 5pm Friday and 5pm Monday will be processed on Monday.

Australia

Tracked Australia shipping (4-5 business days) is FREE for orders over $180 AUD or $30 AUD for orders up to $180 AUD*. 

Orders placed Monday to Friday by 5pm U.K. time will be processed same day (excluding public holidays). Orders placed between 5pm Friday and 5pm Monday will be processed on Monday.

Rest of World

We offer a selection of international shipping methods. Shipping costs vary by country and all available services and prices will be displayed at the checkout (typically averaging between £12 to £16 for standard shipping). Please select your country in the website menu and enter your address correctly to ensure the correct amounts are paid.

Will I be charged sales tax & import taxes if I live outside the U.K.? 

For the U.S. and any other countries where additional local sales tax applies, the sales tax required for your country or local region will be added in the checkout, in accordance with your country or local region's tax regulations.

If your country's regulations require additional import taxes to be paid, you will have the option to pre-pay these at checkout. Please select your country in the website menu and enter your address correctly to ensure the correct amounts are shown.
