HOW IT WORKS

A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING

Is the repair free?

Yes. The repair is free for UK Comfort Club members. You pay postage to us and back.

 

Which Yaks are included?

Lucy & Yak pieces bought new, with proof of original purchase. PreLoved pieces aren't included at the moment.

 

What kind of damage is covered?

Any kind. A worn seam, a big rip or an "I'd rather not explain" moment. If your Yak meets the scheme's eligibility rules, we'll repair it.

 

What if my Yak was a gift?

You can request a repair if you have the original order number or proof of purchase.

How long does the Repairs for Life last?

For the lifetime of the piece, while it belongs to you and you remain a Comfort Club member.

 

How long will my repair take?

We aim to get your repaired Yak back to you within three months. We're expecting a busy start, though, so some repairs could take as long as six months.

 

Will I earn points?

Yes. You'll receive 100 Comfort Club points for every piece we repair.

 

Can I use it outside the UK?

Repairs for Life is available to UK customers only at launch.
