I live in Montreal, Canada, and ordered these trousers as a gift for my spouse. She consistently wears either a US 8 or US 10 in pants, never a US 6 or US 12. So I chose a size M (UK 12 / US 8). Unfortunately, they are EXTREMELY large. When she tried them on, they literally fell off.
The most frustrating part isn’t just the inaccurate sizing, it’s the poor customer service that followed. When I reached out for an exchange or refund, I was told I could only receive a refund and that I need to pay an additional a $40 CAD return shipping fee after already paying $25 CAD fee to have them shipped to me. If I wanted to buy another pair in a different size to replace these, they would be charging me another $25 CAD in shipping costs. So I would be literally paying more for shipping than for the item it self.
After reading other reviews (which I wish I had done earlier, thats my mistake), it seems sizing issues are a recurring problem. I really expected better support and for the company to take some responsibility for their misleading size chart, like paying for the return shipping fee. The last advice I received from their team was to "try selling the pants on Facebook," which honestly felt quite disappointing.
