UK Returns are completely FREE for any reason whatsoever.

You get 14 days from the date you receive the item for a refund and 28 days to exchange. We have to treat every customer fairly, this means every customer receives exactly the same service every time, without exception.

Please be sure to return your items in the same condition as you recieved them, if they come back looking worn (eg. screwed up in a ball) we will assume they have been worn and won't be able to process a refund or credit note

For exchanges

Upon receiving your returned item (inside 28 days) we will issue you with a credit code by email to the value of the returned item, which you can then use to purchase the new item. We will refund the shipping for one exchange so that you don't need to pay twice, however any exchanges after that you will have to cover the cost of the shipping 

(DEPOP customers please put your Depop username AND Paypal email that you used to purchase the item with inside the parcel, we can't refund or exchange without this)

It can take 5 to 10 days working days for your refund to reach you, depending on your bank. We have no control over this unfortunately, its just the way the banking system works.

XMAS Returns Policy is now active

Any order placed from the 1st Nov 2017 is eligible for return until the 14th January 2018 for a exchange credit code up to the full value of the item returned. This exchange credit code will be emailed to the email address that was used for the original purchase unless specified inside the returning parcel.

International Returns

International Customers have 28 days from date of shipping to return for a full item refund or exchange credit code. We cannot be responsible for return postage costs, sorry. we also cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of any returned parcels, so please keep your tracking number. If you received free shipping, this cost will be deducted from the value of the refund. Please put your name and order number inside the parcel, we absolutely cannot refund or exhange without this.

We really are doing our best to make every part of your Lucy & Yak experience as pleasant as possible, however we are processing such high volumes of orders that the flexibility that we would like to offer you is becoming difficult to provide.
