I'm really disappointed that only digital gift cards can be bought.
With Christmas coming up I wanted a physical gift card to be given to my friend on the day. Oh well, I suppose I'll have to shop elsewhere

I bought the Harper Borg jacket because I loved the look of it and its quite possibly the best fleece type jacket I've ever bought, it is the softest borg ever, both inside and out, sooo cosy and incredibly comfortable to wear, deep side pockets and huge inside padded pockets that are great for my phone and means I don't have to carry a handbag too, the front zip pocket is great for carrying cash and bank card and easy access, I live in the Highlands and it's been freezing cold the past few weeks and I've been super toasty in it, really roomy and generously true to size,great length sleeves that dont ride up, I can't recommend it enough

I love this top. I saw it in store. I didn’t try it on so I ordered it online and it is a great top super soft very stretchy. It even has pockets but unfortunately it wasn’t long enough for me if it had been two or 3 inches longer would’ve been perfect unfortunately i had to return it.
Item never received, no response from customer service 😕! Terrible
So i typically wear an 8 to 10 and bought that size in the tartin trousers but after reading the reviews i decided to size up and got my first size 12 pair of jeans. They are a little loose round my 28" waist but fine with a belt. the regular is a bit short on the ankles, i'm 5'8. I wish the long had been available for more length. They are nice jeans overall but def size up!
These trousers are very pj coded. I will say at 5'8 they run very short, I contemplated returning them because of the length but ultimately decided to keep them. I also think the price is a bit high considering they are quite thin. I wouldn't be able to wear them out at this time of year as it would be far too cold. I think they are nice for round the house though.
Lovely Jumpsuit and perfect fit. However stitching has started to frey underneath the arm pit and worn it for only 4 hours .
On 4 different screens the colour looked vibrant and beautiful. Unfortunately it looks dull and washed out when i received it.
Especially disappointing because international returns are not cheap.

Lucy&yak sizing can be so frustrating. Especially with the price of international returns. Those are way to big in 14. Others in M are fine, some in 16 are too small. Have to send them back unfortunately.
Present for daughter
I'm usually around a size 18 in trousers, but have a smaller waist (but a bigger belly these days) and larger thighs, so I opted for 18-20. These are really comfortable, as they're baggier in the legs. And they look lovely - smarter than normal jeans, but still relaxed.
As usual I am happy to be the new owner of this fleece. As with the others I have purchased I am really happy with it and don't want to stop wearing it.
I ordered a size M, regular fit, as I need the width, but they're so long! I have to double cuff them to make them fit. I'm really disappointed, I don't know what happened to the Alexa sizing :(
I almost want to size down next time but I know they won't fit my thighs that way...

This purple Delano floral print is even nicer in the "flesh". Beautiful shade, and so soft. I'm a 12 and bought small, Just right for an oversized fit.
I already purchased a previous same style dungarees and wanted to get another pair.Bought my one in the sale in the Maria Print which I was so happy about. Comfortable,good quality and breathable dungarees you can move in.Added bonus is that it is the petite style.
