New Brexit Information for our European Customers

We have updated our delivery options for our European Customers and have added a new carrier. We can now ship to Europe with Deutsche Post.
On all EU orders - Customs duty + customs fees are covered in the delivery costs. VAT is included in the product price.
For Non-EU orders - Usual individual country customs duties / fees apply. VAT is included in the product price (except Norway).
To avoid any unexpected fees, we have capped European orders:
For orders below €150
You can select Standard Delivery (5 - 7 working days) by Deutsche Post which is €5.95 if your order is below €55 or free if it is above €55.
Alternatively, you can select Express Delivery (2-3 working days) by DHL which costs €28.
For orders above €150
You can only select Express Delivery (2 - 3 working days) by DHL which costs €28.
Please allow for minor discrepancies with currency conversions. As Currency exchange rates fluctuate daily, you can check the current exchange rates using Google's Currency converter. Search for your currency and the currency you need to convert it to, e.g. Euro to Pound.

Special Transit Areas
UK offshore Islands, Scottish Highlands, Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man please add an extra day to the estimated UK delivery times.

Will I be charged customs & Import fees?
As all orders are currently shipped from England and so you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery.
USA – All orders above US$800 will be subject to an import tax. For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department.
EU - Customs duty + customs fees are covered in the delivery costs. VAT is included in the product price.
Norway - Our Carriers (DHL / Deutsche Post) are responsible for collecting Customs Duties and VAT from Customers and paying them to the Norwegian Tax Office. Please check with Skatteetaten for further info.
Australia – All orders above AUS$1000 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, please check with the Department of Home Affairs for further info.
New Zealand - All orders above NZD$1000 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the goods in the parcel. You can get an estimate from the New Zealand Customs Service website.
Canada - All GST, PST & HST charges are to be paid by the recipient of the items on the parcel's arrival into customs as notified by the courier. All orders above CAD $40 will be subject to customs clearance charges. If you are unsure what these charges may be, please check with your local Customs and/or DHL office.
For all other areas, the courier will charge any applicable fee prior to delivery. Please familiarise yourself with local duty policies prior to ordering.
We maintain price parity between local and overseas orders.
We can’t be held responsible for any customs or import fees your country may charge. We declare the cost, weight and description of the contents to our courier at the time of dispatch and submit our customs data electronically to aid customs clearance.

We ask that you’re as precise as possible when entering delivery details as we cannot be responsible for any charges incurred as a result of a parcel being undeliverable for any reason.
If you have made an error and need to make an amendment to your address, DHL has an option within their tracking to amend your address, leave safe instructions, arrange re-delivery and so much more.
