InPost Locker collection is a standard 3-5 business day delivery to over 12,000 Locker locations and over 6,000 PUDO across the UK that costs £3.50. UK Bank Holidays are not included in the business day calculations. Parcels need to be collected within 3 days from delivery to your chosen Locker. You will receive notifications when your Parcel has been delivered to the Locker and then 48 hours later to remind you that collection is required within the next 24 hours. Any uncollected Parcels will be sent back to Lucy & Yak after the 3 days have expired.
DPD Next Business Day Delivery

Next business day delivery via DPD costs £5.95. Order before 5pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed 5pm Thursday to 5pm Friday will be delivered Monday. Orders placed 5pm Friday to 5pm Monday will be delivered Tuesday. Allow an extra day for delivery services to Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands. . UK Bank Holidays are not included in the business day calculations.

DPD Pickup is a next business day delivery to over 6,500 shop locations via DPD & costs £3.95. Parcels need to be collected within 7 days of delivery. Order before 5pm Monday to Friday for same day despatch. Orders placed from 5pm Thursday to 5pm Friday will be delivered Monday. Orders placed from 5pm Friday to 5pm Monday will be delivered Tuesday. Allow an extra day for delivery services to Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands. UK Bank Holidays are not included in the business day calculations.

Will I be charged sales tax & import taxes if I live outside the UK? 

For the EU, you should not be charged any additional import taxes upon receipt of your parcel. You may be charged import tax upon delivery if your order if your country is outside of the EU. These fees cannot be adjusted or reimbursed by Lucy & Yak.


Will I be charged sales tax & import taxes for U.S. orders? 
Due to the de minimis tax exemption ending on 29th August 2025, the U.S. will no longer exempt imports valued at $800 or less from duties and customs.
Customs fees will be applied at checkout for all orders to the U.S. from 22nd August at 15:00 BST. 
All applicable taxes and duties will be calculated and paid at that time, in addition to your order total. You should not have to pay any additional fees upon delivery of your order within the US.
These fees cannot be adjusted or reimbursed by Lucy & Yak.
