Who can I refer?

Got a friend or family member who hasn’t discovered Lucy & Yak yet? Now’s the perfect time to introduce them!

Does my friend need to be new to Lucy & Yak?

To qualify, they need to be brand new to the brand and have yet to order/purchase in store.  

What reward will my friend receive?

Your friend will earn 1,500 Comfort Club points (that’s £15 in rewards) which they can spend on any Yaks they want. We’ll be boosting the points to £25 (2,500 points) for launch week too!

Is there a minimum spend?

No minimum spends are applied to spend vouchers, though these orders may be subject to postage fees after the discounts are applied. 

When will my points appear in my account?

Your points will be pending for 30 days in line with the return period. Then they will be available for spending.

How long does my friend have to use their reward?

Once a discount code is generated from redeemed points, the code is valid for one year. 

Can my friend use their reward with another discount code?

Yes! Our points vouchers can be stacked with other discount codes.

What happens if my friend returns their order?

Both your and your friends points will remain the same for 30 days while any returns or exchanges are processed. After that, points for the Yaks you’ve kept will land in your account.

Can I refer a friend outside the UK?

Yes you can! The scheme is open to all our customers worldwide.
