Will I be charged sales tax & import taxes if I live outside the UK?
The EU has introduced a new customs duty on lower-value online orders entering the EU from countries outside the bloc, including the UK. The duty is charged at €3 for each different product type in the order. For example, an order containing only T-shirts would have one €3 charge, while an order containing T-shirts and trousers would have two. The EU has also introduced a €2 handling fee for each parcel crossing the customs border, this fee has been added to our shipping price.
These fees cannot be adjusted or refunded by Lucy & Yak, but if you have any questions, please reach out to hello@lucyandyak.com.
How do I select my country's currency on the website?
If you are using a PC, the country selector is in the main navigation at the top of the screen.
On your phone, tap the main menu next to our logo, then scroll down to the country selector.
