Disappointed

I was really excited to find these because they came in tall but they ended up being quite disappointing. For one, I could hardly get my feet through the leg holes and then I barely got them over my hips. They do not have buttons or a zipper on the side like most overalls. I wouldn’t say I have large hips by any means so for those with curves beware and plan to size up just to fit them over your hips. Aside from hips and leg holes they actually fit well for someone 6’ but unfortunately having to squeeze them on every time and probably not being able to fit in them if I’m at all bloated these are a hard pass for me.

With our cotton this is a no stretch in this fabric compared to our cord and denim that has a % of elastine in the fabric which gives a bit more flexibilty compared to the cotton garments. A bit disappointed

I bought the Black & White Tattoo dungarees, and I am unfortunately quite disappointed with the fabric. It is very thin and feels cheap, not at all the sturdy quality I am used to from Lucy & Yak. At this price point I expect better.

The fit was also not as I expected. I got a 16 Tall, and where my other size 16 dungarees are quite baggy, these are pretty tight around the hips. I don't know if the fit has changed or whether the Tall fit isn't just taller but also narrower (neither is reflected in the size chart), but had I known that I would have sized up. Unfortunately I am not in the UK, so exchanging is not really an option.

As for the fit of the Tall size specifically, I am a 5'10 girl with long legs and for me the torso is really too long (it comes up to my collarbone), next time I'll go back to the slightly too short torso in the Long size. But the 35" inseam is great!
