Rumi is our comfortable cargo trousers with elasticated waist and cuff and balloon shape leg. Available in Plum Perfect.

Our Fit

  • Our Rumi fit had a few subtle tweaks back in Autumn 25, so we recommend shopping your normal size
  • Fully elasticated waistband to sit on the waist
  • Oversized Balloon shaped full length leg with roomy hips and elasticated cuff at hem
  • Deep side pockets, cargo style pockets at the knee and one back patch pocket
  • Inside Leg Regular: 74.5cm

    Love Love Love Rumi!

    Gorgeous colour, great new fit! I have three other pairs of the old style Rumis, and although I Love them, this new fit is better! A little less fabric, but still full-on balloon leg style. Im a 16/18 UK size and I got the size 16 as I didnt want them tight around the waist. Fits like a dream. Fabric is soft and warm. I know I'll get lots of wear out of these!

    Plum rumi

    Floaty softness this was a big yes for me. The sizing has changed again, 4th pair all different sizes. Usually a large in chucks and ended up with a 16 this time round. The amount of stretch in these are less than before.

    Epic comfort!

    These are my first Lucy and Yak buy and I'm so glad I got them. They are so comfortable and the fabric is soft and cosy, the cut has a really nice drape and the leg length is perfect. Had to size down, and could possibly have gone for a size smaller, but they fit wonderfully... Oh and so many pockets!!!

    Please bring it back in chambray/denim look

    These are my favorite pants!! I have them in purple and black, unfortunately I missed getting them in the denim look! Would love to have those for my collection.

    Definitely size down since they're very generously sized/wide!
