Sizing all over the place!

I’ve tried 3 pairs of Addison jeans in an 28R and the sizing is all over the place!

The leopard print ones came up huge (smaller if you buy petite and L&Y confirmed that petite come up smaller in the waist despite both labelled as 28 inch 🤔).

The blue Addisons came up an inch smaller and the black came up at least 2 inches smaller! Bonkers given that you have to pay to return not to mention a waste of time.

Lots of reviews saying the same…time to sort it out guys!

You’re right that fit can vary slightly between different fabrics and washes (for example, some have more structure or less give), but they absolutely shouldn’t be wildly different within the same size. Petite lengths are designed for a different fit though, so we would expect these to feel different on the body and fit.

Seems good quality, but waist is TINY and barely elasticated.

Ordered a size down due to numerous reviews stating they run large. The waistband is laughably small, unfortunately, although the leg size seems fine, but I can't get over my hips. The item feels of good quality though, although the elasticated waist has almost no give.

Strange cut and sizing

I always get W30 but with this pair, the waist is very tight, it bulges in the lower belly area and the rest is way too wide with weird folds suggesting this isn't how it's supposed to be. The tight waist means I can't just go a size lower and I have to spend 9€ on a return.
The quality seems good and delivery was fast (Germany)
