    Mixed bag- positive experience

I was looking forward to expanding my Yak wardrobe to include underwear, and loved this for the print/colour. The package arrived quickly, as it does from L&Y. I wore the Bralette straight out of the packaging, and discovered that the hook and eye tab was really uncomfortable against my skin , scratchy and sharp. I washed the item of clothing and tried wearing it again, but had the same result; the tab appears to be laser cut, and the edges were hard and shiny sharp edged plastic. I contacted customer services, who were lovely, and offered me a replacement or a refund. Unfortunately I couldn't get a replacement as my size had sold out, but the refund was lightening fast. And I was told to hold on to the unwearable item in case I could repair it (I haven't worked that out, yet )

I can't fault customer service or the company response. 5 stars there!

I was disappointed by the bralette- I am used to zero issues with L&Y clothing, see one buy one wear one; I'm spoiled really 🙃

    Soft and gentle

Really beautifully comfy, found the straps could do with being longer. I've got them fully extended to their longest and they're only just ok. Would be perfect if another inch or more was available to adjust, for those with taller torsos etc.
