Finally found a size that fits.

I’m 5’ 2” and like a high waist due to my stumpy legs. I tried the 12 in the shop and they were huge, so I ordered a 10. When the 10 came they were huge too. Looked like I was going to be disappointed. I used the “email me when available” function and an 8 came back into stock online and now they are mine. Of course I will need to get them shortened but you can’t have it all.

the best jeans I own

Best fabric ever! The colour is elegant and the cut modern, they go down straight without draping as the fabric is structured. I love them over every pair of LY jeans I own. I bought size 24 as my usual size is 24 or 26. I had them cut as the leg was long for me, and now they fit perfectly. Well done on this LY collection, it's right up my alley!

Horribly bad sizing!

I bought these jeans in the black but that product page has mysteriously vanished. I have shopped at Lucy and Yak many times and never had a bad experience. However, the sizing on the new Delores jeans is awful! I bought the blue colour on sale recently and they fit amazingly, a perfect fit. So I thought I would buy the black ones and they would fit the same.. wrong! I was left in a mess before an event because I did not think to try them beforehand, they are about two sizes smaller than the old blue ones! I could barely get the 10 over my thighs and bum, and left me feeling quite bad about myself!

You don’t expect this from Lucy and yak, it feels like either awful new design or cost cutting measures. I am also rather annoyed at having to pay to return these jeans as I feel I was miss sold these due to the sizing discrepancies. Do not buy these or if you do, size up two sizes. Bring back the old fit; they were perfect!
