I ordered the pink dinosaur version of this shirt when the Natural History Museum collection came out on the 20th of January.
Unfortunately, I never received my t-shirt, as there was a bug on the website, which switched my home country to Ivory Coast again and again and deleted my house number.
Therefore, the t-shirt was sent to Germany, but it did not contain a correct address. When I saw this, it was already to late.
I have contacted customer service about this twice till now - not replies.
This is really disappointing!
I have been a long time customer over the last years. So far I have been relatively happy with what I ordered from Lucy & Yak - this time I am less that happy. I have no option to re-order the t-shirt, as it is already sold out and not even listed on the website anymore.
I have also paid full price and did not receive any money back - so at this point I have no money and now t-shirt, for which I paid full price traceable shipping. This was sent as a letter though and therefore it cannot event be traced by German postal services (DHL) anymore.
This treatment of customers is extremely rude and anything but what Lucy & Yak advertises themselves to be like.
I will not have to try to file a complaint with my bank for a total amount of 48.90 € in the hopes that I will get my money back at least - I was really hoping to avoid this and just receive help from customer support, so that I have a chance to still get the t-shirt I was so much looking forward to.
Really really sad and disappointing!
