This is a my monitor fault and not a Lucy and Yak problem because sometimes my monitor does misrepresent the colours, but it's just something worth bearing in mind when you're picking by colour.
I've mentioned this before when reviewing Ragans. I really, really, really miss the original design without the elasticated back, because I found that it just sat much more smoothly. You got a much more streamlined shape, and you didn't get the kind of poofiness in the back, which makes it feel very casual.
I bought this in a size 10 tall. I'm only five foot six, but I do find the regular length just way too short in both the body and the legs. I found the 10 a bit too big, which is usually my size. But I bought another colour in the eight, which fits better. So, if you're swapping between tall and short, it's worth trying different sizes.
This is gorgeous, and I do like it. I'd really, really love a plain baby oubj Ragan.
I don't think I would wear this enough to justify keeping it.
Gorgeous piece, well made. I really, really love the zip. No complaints really. It's just not a piece for me, and just as ever, I'm a bit baffled by the sizing of the Ragans because I find the length of them so so strange.
I just wonder what you'd do if you're six foot tall!
Having said that, it's a gorgeous piece. It's well made. It's a beautiful pattern. It's very well constructed. It's just not one for me.
