Fabric too delicate /cheap/unhelpful customer service

Worn these twice, not for very long, didn’t walk much in them or wash them and they are extemely bobbled in between the legs already, looks cheap! the fabric will likely rip soon. Far too early for this to happen on an item of clothing worth £62. I emailed Lucy and Yak to advise of the issue and received a response stating “unfortunately, due to the nature of woven cottons, this is just something that can happen if the fabric rubs whilst walking or in the washing machine”. And “We'd advise using a lint roller or bobble remover to keep your fabric smooth”. To have to use a bobble remover after 2 wears is ridiculous.
I’ve not had this issue with my other cotton clothes. V unhappy!

my new favourite yaks ❣️
i already have a few originals, ragans, .... but these are sooo mega comfy. i also love the look! something different.
i'm quite short (1.55 metres) and weigh 47 kg, size 4 fits me well. a slightly looser fit, but that's what you want with these.

Best summer dungarees

My first pair of lucy and yak dungarees and they are the most comfy thing I've worn in a while!
The blue and white stripes have a real summer feel. They are really cool with a cropped top when it's hot and because they're baggy they let the air circulate around your body.
Love that you can just shove them on and have an instant cute, relaxed look.
I do alot of outdoor swimming and they've also come in handy as the easiest thing to put on afterwards on the beach.
I can see me coming back for more!
