Shocking customer service

I purchased a top just 8 days before it went into the sale and contacted customer service to ask for a refund of the price difference. This was refused, despite the very short time frame. I explained that I’m a new mum, so going back to the store to return and repurchase the item is not practical or realistic for me at the moment, but no flexibility or goodwill was shown at all.

For a situation that could have been resolved easily, the response felt unsympathetic and unhelpful. Disappointing customer service and not the kind of experience I would expect.

Unfortunately we aren’t able to offer refunds for price differences when items go into the sale, even if that happens shortly after purchase. Sale pricing is based on stock and seasonal changes, and we need to apply this policy consistently for all customers. For that reason, the option we’re able to offer is a full refund via return if you’re no longer happy with the item.

Nice but see through

I am a size 12 on top and the M is fitted, could have gona for a L for a looser fit. Unfortunately the white of the shirt is very see through. I will keep it as i do like the top a lot but it is a shame

It's gorgeous, beautiful colours. But so, so short. I have to wear it under a longer t-shirt or dungarees. I nearly sent it back, but it's lovely. Disappointed as I buy a lot of clothes from L & Y
