Christmas and Holiday Returns
As the season of 
gift giving is approaching, we have an extended returns period over the holiday period! Any purchases made after 1st November can be returned up until 31st January.

Returns are accepted within 30 days and are free on UK orders. For International returns, see below.

UK Refunds

For UK refunds, please visit our portal: https://lucyandyak.returns.international/

*when returning products from multiple orders, each order needs to be shipped separately. Exchanges cannot be processed via this portal.

UK Exchanges

For UK exchanges, please generate a free returns label here: https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/1747

This can be printed at home or from a post office using the QR code.

Please complete the slip that came with your order and enclose it in your returns parcel. If you didn't receive a slip, just add a handwritten note to include order number and exchange preference.

*Exchanges can take approx 10-14 working days but you'll receive a confirmation email when this has been processed.

International Returns

For International refunds please visit via our portal: https://web.global-e.com/Returns/Portal/mZhN  

We have two return options:

Standard Return: Print an address label and send back the returned goods with the shipper of your choice at your expense. 
 
Express prepaid return: Create a Return Label and send back the returned goods with DHL. There is no upfront cost - this fee is deducted from your final refund.

 

T&Cs

Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, with no marks or dirt and with their original tags. Your return may be refused if any items are returned in an unsatisfactory condition.  

If your Yaks develop a fault more than 30 days and less than one year after you received them, please contact us for assistance.

The following items are non refundable: 

  • Underwear
  • Socks
  • Tights
  • Re:Yak packs
  • Imperfect sale purchases

FAQs

Can I exchange an item for a different item?

We can only exchange like-for-like, for the same product in a different size.

What if my exchange request is out of stock?

If the item is out of stock, we will automatically process a refund.

Can I return a sale item?

Yes, sale items can be returned.

Can I return an item I bought in your shop?

Yes, this can be returned back to store or by following the 'UK Exchange' instructions.

Can I return my online order to your shop?

You can return any items to our store, within 30 days. Please show your order confirmation email to the team.

Will my shipping be refunded?

If you paid for UK standard shipping and return the full order, we will refund the shipping cost for you. If you upgraded to next day or Saturday delivery and return your full order, we will refund the standard shipping cost of £3.50 only.

How much does an international return cost?

The cost of returning a parcel from outside the UK will vary by country. When you access our international returns portal you will be given the option of arranging and paying for your own return, or using our paid returns service, which starts from $9.95. 

If you choose to arrange your own return, please use a tracked service and obtain an official receipt of postage.

Will any import duties be refunded? 

We're unable to refund any import duties paid on the original parcel.

Can I exchange an international order?

Unfortunately we cannot currently offer exchanges outside the UK. But you can return your item for a refund and place a new order for the new size/colour.
