This is my first order with L&Y and I am really pleased with the quality and look. At 74 years of age I wondered if I might be too old for dungarees, etc., but they fit like a dream and are so comfortable. In fact I've ordered more items since. The only thing I found a little confusing, was the sizing. I'm 5' 1" and a size 8, so I followed the size chart, plus the size the model was wearing and still found the dungarees too big - but I suppose it depends on how you like your clothes to fit. Anyway, I'm hooked on L&Y!
Having embroidery on these jeans is such a lovely idea, denim is a nice rich blue, they look perfect and make for fun spring and summer outfits! I generally love Dana jeans, I usually wear 16 but they've always been a tad big so I went down to 14 for these ones and even though they fit fine, they feel less high-waisted as well, which I didn't expect and wish wasn't so. Still love them though :)
Normally my favourite Dungarees are the original ones. They fit perfectly and they are nicely oversized. The fit of these here are horrible. I'm pretty short (161cm) and I have a shorter torso and longer legs, which has never been an issue in my other Dungarees or jumpsuits from Lucy&Yak. But the fit in these is not only weird and off, it's also uncomfortable. Don't get me wrong, the material itself is lovely! It's super soft. Normally I don't wear denim because of sensory issues, but this material is perfect. If you are between two sizes I'd recommend choosing the smaller size.
But back to the fit: The Original Dungarees are easier to adjust cuz even when you are small you can just tie them tighter, that's not possible with these because the back is already way to high which also causes that the straps are way to near to the throat. And because the straps are in general so much nearer at the throat, you always need to untie them when you need to go to the bathroom, so unpractical!
I love the items from Lucy&Yak especially the Bowie Jumpsuits and the Original Dungarees, but these have just a horrible fit. The quality is still amazing and if your taller or if you have just a longer torso it will maybe work out, but for me it's the first item I dislike.
I love it so much!!! One moment it’s a dress, then it’s a shirt! Then it’s a jacket! It has so many functions, it is amazing!!! I usually buy Large or 18/20 size from Lucy and Yak so I was really skeptical to try on the only one in shop that turned out to be a medium but it was still roomy and comfy and just ahhhh! I love it! I feel like Snufkin in it- in fact I am planning a cosplay 😂
Wish I’d also got them in black while they were available! Nice deep pockets.
These socks are great, fit well and look fantastic with shorter trousers.
Absolutely gorgeous colour, shape and material. So dissapointed that on first wash the colour has faded considerably. Washed it at 30degrees with a colour washing liquid! Beware!
I love this skirt! I’m a size 12ish and the small fits perfectly. It’s a really flattering shape and it has pockets you can actually put stuff in! I’ve worn it out with tights and boots a couple of times but it will also be great in the warmer months with sandals or trainers. Will definitely be getting this in different colours!
I love everything about these trousers, from the high waist to the cute little pocket flower detail. I'm a US 14/16 and got these in W38 (UK 18/20). While the fit on the waist was perfect, I found it to be a bit baggy on the thighs and seat - but nothing that a good tailor can't fix. Now that I've gotten these tapered and hemmed (I'm 5'5") to fit my figure, I always get compliments when I wear these out!
I love this skirt. It's comfortable, fits the waist nicely and drapes beautifully. My only gripe is that it's see through in certain light. I wanted to wear this skirt to work however I'll need to wear either a slip or stockings to do so. If this wasn't the case ide be rating all 5 stars.

The Malone fleece has been my best purchase I have ever made in something to keep myself warm. I love the different textiles on it and the fact that the inside is a different polar fleece to not make myself too hot when the weather starts to warm up. Definitely will be purchasing more
Ordered two of these. One is fantastic, the other has a manufacturing fault that makes it unwearable.
I love this fleece so much. It’s so cosy and a really nice length. I too was apprehensive about it being cropped but it’s not too short and the drawstring toggle cinches in the waist. Plus how could you not love a celestial print?!
I find them to be a little bit too tight on the waist in my normal size, but I think that they will probably stretch a little over time, so I'm keeping them. Other than that, I love the high waist and am positively impressed by the quality! I thought that they looked a little flimsy on the pictures online, but the fabric feels soft yet durable and structured in real life. I hope they wash well
So glad I got this jacket, it’s great quality and fits so well, going with the over sized slouch look. The details also really make it. I didn’t realise it came with a small patch on the back that is so cute! Also it has pockets!!! Weirdly hard to find with jean jackets.
I love the style and love the colour. The chunky cord is lovely and very soft. I hope it washes well (haven't tried yet). I've been wearing this as an open overshirt with jeans / baggy trousers and I really love the look of it worn like this. It will make a great lightweight summer jacket. Might try it as a dress when it returns to woolly tights and boots season....
Ordered these as soon as they came out, I have the jacket && love the print. Slightly disappointed in how thin the fabric is, my other shorts are all much more sturdy. Ordered a size20 as I find the shorts not as generous as the jeans or dungas. I only order a 20 in them because I’m bigger up top, but these shorts aren’t baggy & I'm a 16/18 at the bottom. Not sure a real size 20 wouldn’t find them a bit snug.
I absolutely love this cardigan. It goes with all my jeans and dungarees, and is just so cosy and easy to throw on. The pattern and colours are really lovely - just bold enough without shouting, and it's really comfortable, not itchy at all. I know some people aren't keen on the cardigan's short body and wide arms, but I really like the way it hangs on my short body and wide arms -- though looks fab on taller friends too!
Bought the Drew in mid wash and black and I love them. Haven’t worn jeans in years because I just can’t find fits I like. But I have now! Will be buying the light wash asap to complete my collection!
