UK Returns are completely FREE for any reason whatsoever.
We now offer 30 days for a Refund or Exchange. If you would like to exchange it must be for the same item in a different colour or size. Please read the below info for exchanges. If you would like a different product please send your item back for a refund and then re-order.
For Exchanges please pop a note inside the parcel with:
Your name, The product name, size and colour you would like to us to send you. If we have the item in stock we will send the new item out to you. If we don't have it in stock we will refund you and you can re-order when it is back in stock.
You get 30 days from the date you receive the item for a full refund or exchange. We have to treat every customer fairly, this means every customer receives exactly the same service every time, without exception. We must stick to the returns policy. We will not refund or exchange outside of this period, without exception.
Please be sure to return your items in the same condition as you recieved them, if they come back looking worn (eg. screwed up in a ball) we will assume they have been worn and won't be able to process a refund or credit note

It can take 5 to 10 days working days for your refund to reach you, depending on your bank. We have no control over this unfortunately, its just the way the banking system works.
International Customers have 30 days from date of shipping to return for a refund. We cannot be responsible for return postage costs, sorry. We also cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of any returned parcels, so please keep your tracking number. If you received free shipping, this cost will be deducted from the value of the refund. Please put your name and order number inside the parcel, we absolutely cannot refund without this.
