UK Returns are completely FREE for any reason whatsoever.

We have changed the way we do returns, effective from 1st February 2018.

We want to give the best possible experience everytime, and our past credit code system wasnt working out for some of our customers, and we have listened to your feedback. We will now offer 30 days to return the item for a full refund instead of the 14 days we used to offer. 

You get 30 days from the date you receive the item for a full refund. This means if you would like to exchange, please re-order the item you would like and send the other item back to us for a refund. We cannot offer a refund if we receive the item outside of the time period for any reason. We have to treat every customer fairly, this means every customer receives exactly the same service every time, without exception.

Please be sure to return your items in the same condition as you recieved them, if they come back looking worn (eg. screwed up in a ball) we will assume they have been worn and won't be able to process a refund or credit note

It can take 5 to 10 days working days for your refund to reach you, depending on your bank. We have no control over this unfortunately, its just the way the banking system works.

International Returns

International Customers have 30 days from date of shipping to return for a full item refund. We cannot be responsible for return postage costs, sorry. we also cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of any returned parcels, so please keep your tracking number. If you received free shipping, this cost will be deducted from the value of the refund. Please put your name and order number inside the parcel, we absolutely cannot refund without this.
