Great until first wash

It probably is one of the lowest quality L&Y garments I have bought. No longer fluffy and soft after first wash. I have tried to revive it with a very delicate dryer session and also with dryer balls. Nothing. The pile is in clumps and matted.

Warm and cosy

Very nice soft and warm fleece jacket. Size S is perfect. I usually wear size 10, and was wondering if this one will be loose enough. But it's perfect. It's not too short, just wright length.

Loved to start with

Absolutely gorgeous jacket so comfortable soft and fits great. Honestly love every part of it until I’d worn it a number of times then it started going almost matted. The fluffiness went and now it looks awful and scruffy sadly. It’s gone flat in patches like when my bag sits or tote and under arms . I’m gutted as only worn it approx 15 times and now don’t feel I can even though I really loved it
