I'm gutted these trousers have changed. They used to be such quality material and they had this cute manel like sitching across the middle of the thigh and down the front of the trouser legs so they looked cute but also kind of like worker vibes? Once worn in slightly they really went with any outfit and I even took them hiking, wore to my office, anything and everything you can thing of! But I am so so sad to report that over the years the quality of these trousers has gone way downhill. The matieral is thinner and not as heavy which was fine until the pockets started ripping within the first year or wear (mind you I have a few pairs so it wasn't due to over wearing them). The fabric between the thighs aslo wears down so quickly now and it's all just really upsetting. I finally thought I found a pair of trousers that fit right and were long-lasting, but today I have to say these feel just like the fast fashion brands. I thought Lucy and Yak was better than those brands like I said I was so happy to finally feel comfortable and confident in a pair of trousers but unfortunately that is no longer the case here. If it's about cost of making these trousers, I don't know maybe it's gone up to produce them the old way, I would 1000000% pay 60 quid or more to know there is a sturdy, somewhat heavy and strong pair of trousers coming out on the other end my money. UGhhhhh. Devastating. Please look for a shop that will stay consistent in what it is selling. I loved Lucy & Yak so this really stinks!
Liked the style and brushed cotton fabric but unfortunately the rise isn't high enough for me so had a bit of a nappy crotch appearance and wouldn't be comfortable to sit it. I have a large hip to waist ratio (13") so was hoping the barrel leg would suit me but no joy and size up is sold out now. Since the change in sizing there are very few lucy&yak trousers suitable for my body shape; addisons seem to be my only option now. I wish the size guide included rise length as this a make or break for sizing; expanding the availability of tall options to more styles would be great as well.
Love the colours! They wash well and fit beautifully.
I’m 5’7 and bought them in long so they’re like a 7/8 trouser length. They look great with trainers or boots. I’ve taken a star off as I’d prefer the inside wasn’t white, and I wish the waistband had stretch because even though these are a bit big, I just prefer stretch when sitting. Otherwise they’re lovely and a good price in the sale.

After wearing the green checkered Rumis all summer long, I got the paisley ones in the sale and love them just as much. I bought the same size (18) but typically wear 20-22 in Originals. The new sizing is still oversize, I've got plenty of room in the 18s but the waistband is tight enough to not sag when I've got a phone in my pocket.

I'm a size 16 but ordered the 12/14 size and it's perfect. The Teal colour is beautiful and the darker pocket isn't so intrusive for me. The fleece is lovely and warm and I've been wearing it in the -4 frosty weather here in Argyll. Not too bulky and I managed to buy it in the sale so I'm delighted 🤩
This is a fabulous dress though I did size down as I find L&Y are a bit large on my upper body! So I'm usually a 16 but went for the 14 & it's great. Great length and looks super stylish with chunky boots, leggings and a t-shirt.

I bought the line green Borg and after reading all the reviews I went down a size. AMAZING colour combo, excellent quality and finishing, the body fit like a glove and looked great. The arms however made me look like the StayPuft marshmallow man from Ghostbusters! Or the sleeves had been inflated as a couple of flotation devices. Such a shame as it was almost perfect but I couldn’t walk around with my arms sticking out so I returned it. Would’ve given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for that.
Fabulous, super comfy trousers. They are only very slightly cropped on me - I'm 5'4", but I'm happy with the length.
Bought the lilac ones in the sale. I'm a 16 & bought M as I usually do with Alexa's, they're a great fit for me. I'm a 32" leg and these are long enough too. I have a stoma so elasticated waist is great for me with trousers that suit my style.

I just love this. Lucy & Yak are one of my favourite brands and this cushion cover didn’t disappoint.
I already have these beautiful dungarees, but when I saw them in the sale I just had to order another pair. The fabric and design are gorgeous and I wear my first pair a lot, which is why I ordered more. I'm a size 6 and 5ft. 1in. and ordered size 4 as I like a slimmer fit and the fabric has a little stretch. Thank you L&Y. xx
The fabric is so soft and yet very sturdy, feels like it will last a long time. Fit is oversized, I'm an 8 in most clothes, but size 6 in this fits me well.
