I got the Ashby jeans in ecru and black polka dot, and it's final - I'm in love! These are my first pair of Ashbys, and I have fallen head over heels in love with the style. I was a bit sceptical about the barrel legs, but they are so fun!
These are out there for sure, both in style and with the print! I absolutely love that about them. And the ecru and black makes them work with basically all the colours, in my opinion. I can't wait to style these Ashbys a million ways!
When it comes to size I was very worried that the ones I got would not fit me, but luckily they did! I'm a size UK16 (bordering on a UK14) and I bought the size UK14, because it is elasticated at the waistband and also because I'd read reviews saying to size down. Indeed, I could've sized down even further (to a UK12), because it is generous in the hip area and the waistband is quite forgiving. I kept my UK14 Ashbys (as returning from Scandinavia is a bit of a hassle) and I loooove them! I am thrilled with this purchase!
