These are light weight and super comfortable. And they look great!
No pulling or tightness, not overly baggy so you’re not bulky and looking bigger.
And they look great on my husband, we share all of our Lucy and Yak purchases now!
I have several pairs of the classic corduroy L&Y’s. They are my favorite and I wear them often! This black denim pair is tighter fitting… especially getting it over my hips!
I ordered the same size as always, but definitely a more snug fit! Once they are on it’s great… and I love them! But there is a little shimmying that has to happen to wiggle them over my bum! :)
The denim is great! Very soft…slightly thicker feel than the corduroy and definitely thicker than twill.

The fit and material of the Bellamy are both wonderful, perfect for summer, and I loved the pattern BUT I’m removing a star because the hook and eye fastening on the back is (for me anyway) really fiddly. I can probably manage without doing it up but I wish it was a button. Otherwise I’m still very happy 😊

This jumpsuit is a really comfy and flattering style! I think it could be dressed up or dressed down. Will look at other colours and styles.
The legs on these are much too short - even though I sized up to a 16 after reading the other reviews about hip width. I already have these in linen, 14R, which are fine. These had no choice of lengths but did say 16R on the label. The legs are an inch or two shorter than the linen ones and just look foolish on me (at 5’4”). The inconsistency between what are supposed to be the same style is quite annoying. Otherwise would have been a useful item. Returned.
I was hesitant to try these on as most shorts never fit me right but these ones feel so comfortable and sit on my waist nicely, I’m very pleased with them and will be wearing them loads in the hotter weather :)
I already had the cole full length jeans, so I ordered the same size for these shorts because I imagined they'd be the same. My cole jeans were a bit loose, but these shorts run a bit tight on me. I can still wear them, and the seat and legs fit perfectly. But the waist is a bit tight, so I'd recommend getting a size up maybe if other people have this issue
A nice heavy but soft denim just like the cole jeans :) happy to have something with longer legs for the summer

I'm 5'9" and ordered a size UK16. I have the rumis in 16 and they fit wonderfully, so I went off my sizing for those wanting it to be comfy and not too small.
Leg length is very generous, with the ankle cuffs ungathered my feet are completely hidden on the floor (probably best worn with some platforms or heels) gathered cinches them up to be more walkable.
I found the cut of the torso to be a bit awkward, I'm not a fan of how the sides stick out. I'll be fixing this by sewing the buttons on further back to nip the waist in a little, so I feel like more than the straps are holding them up. With all the weight hanging on the straps it feels a bit awkward as they're not super wide and not in an X shape in the back like lots of other designs. I'm a trans guy, so I need a bit more crotch room. I like to wear my dungaree bibs a bit higher on my chest, but I couldn't do this without a wedgie, but thankfully because of the generous leg room I can drop the crotch down a bit by re-sewing. Also, no hip pockets :'( I think I'll be adding my own in the future too.
Why all this work to make them work for me? Because I love the look, I know the comfort can be achieved, and I know I'll wear them a lot once they fit me better. I love looking like a giant Sylvanian family character!
I will also note about the fabric, another review said it wasn't best suited for summer. I think it depends on the person. It's a sturdy cotton gingham, not too thin but not too thick. I think with the airyness of it it would be effective to keep cool in summer, and to layer up in winter. The only thing I wish is that the inside of the bib had a lining, as you can just see the whitish wrong side of the fabric that isn't too nice. I sometimes like wearing my dungos with the bib flopped down as a casual look. But again, a lining is something I can add myself as they did leave a good seam allowance at the top hem of the bib for structure
All in all I would recommend these for people with shorter torsos, and that don't want any restriction on the waist or hips
So comfortable and breathable! I’m a sucker for seersucker and so when I saw these appear of the website I had to order them immediately! They’re the perfect length, not see through at all and I absolutely love the neckline! Pockets are always a win and I can see myself wearing these non stop!
As always, love these trousers. I have 7 pairs. Roomy and comfy. Wash well too.

I’ve only recently discovered Lucy and yak. This is my second purchase along with a super cute top.
The trouser fabric is quality double gauze, soft to touch and comfortable fitting through the waist band. The pockets on the sides are good for mobile phone or if you’re like me need somewhere to stash a tissue or two for summer sneezes!

Love these but they are huge I tried the the L and they were huge even on me. I bought the medium as they seemed comfortable but on trying them walking around at home they to were to loose, slowly working their way down so I will be returning them to get a small pair and I AM NOT SMALL🤣
Love this jumpsuit but it is more charcoal than black, which is slightly disappointing.
I live in a hot desert climate and while these are black the linen is so breathable! I’ve been hunting for cute oversized clothes to wear through my final trimester and beyond pregnancy, super happy with these at 33 weeks pregnancy. Ordered just one size up from my normal size and there’s still room to spare as I grow
Very soft, nice for layering. True to size. As a big chested size 12, the medium was perfect.
I sized up, as I have quite big shoulders, and I don’t regret it. It fits perfectly around my shoulders, but is slightly too lose around my hips and waist. I’ve come to accept and embrace the fact that I have broad shoulders; not every clothing item can be designed especially for me. I also think it is slightly smaller than the Ragan in Maria print (I have both in the same size). But still, very cute! Feels sturdy and comfortable. I plan on wearing it often this summer!
